A revolution arrived at the make-up counter: a nail polish made especially for sensitive skin. Every women touches or rubs her eyes more than 200 times per day and for those women that wear nail polish these frictions can occasionally make the sensitive skin around the eyes itchy.

The varnish created by Clinique has been made especially to avoid these reactions.
With a color range of 12 from white and nude to flashy coralline, every fashionista can chose her color and take care of her skin.

Byron Williams

Many ‘IT-girls’ of Los Angeles only want to be styled by the famous hair stylist Byron Williams. Indeed, the salon of this master in beauty is one of the indispensable locations that you should not miss while being in Los Angeles.

The story of Byron Williams started in his childhood. He was an only child and was raised by his single mother who made him interested in beauty. He explains that also the fact he was playing with his cousin's Barbies gave him the passion for make-up and hair: "I know it is cliché, but a lot of hairstylists styled doll hair as kids".

The more Byron advanced over the years the more his passion for beauty grew.

When he was in High School he used to do his friends' hair and make-up before they went into Los Angeles night clubs.

After high school Byron decided to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in order to begin a career as Designer. But quickly he realized that he wanted to work in the beauty sector and that this was his passion. So, he decided to follow his dreams and attended the Vidal Sasson academy where he was trained in hair and make-up. After his studies he joined a well-known salon in Los Angeles.

Byron Williams

In 2008 Byron’s Beauty Room opened and has quickly become one of the busiest salons in the US catering to the high-profile and fashion-forward. At the heart of his success is Byron’s unwavering commitment to clients.

Byron is always ambitious to go beyond having the comfort of a Beverly Hills lifestyle. Concerned by the wellness and beauty of women he decided to create his own range of products with natural ingredients for hair.

For these products he worked only with ingredients that he adores: "I worked with ingredients that I loved, and while my friend and I were sitting around one day, we started researching and experimenting with some of my favorite things". This range of new products keeps up with the changing trends in fashion and also always meets the everyday needs of celebrities and consumers.

In the Byron Beauty Room you will be welcome by an experimented team in a modern and white space. The salon is an open space, inviting and bathed in natural light.

My HAIR Monday

The Redheads

Red is the least frequent hair color, but the one we notice most. No other hair color has been stirred so much attention and legends.

Throughout the history redheads have been misunderstood and were suspected to deal with the devil. In 1254 the French King St Louis mandated that prostitutes dye their hair red in order to separate them from the ‘reputable’ women.

Luckily the discrimination against redheads changed and the hair color began to receive admiration. The most famous redhead in history is probably Simonetta Vespucci, called « la bella Simonetta ». She was famed for being the "muse" of the great painter Botticelli and had the reputation to be the most beautiful women of her century.

And today red colored hair is according to Christophe Robin: “Sensual, even sexual, the read head always influence the cinema".

Beautiful red colored hair has the quality to warm up the complexion and illuminate the eyes. In addition, many actresses with red hair distinguish themselves:

Nicole Kidman
Lily Cole
Emma Stone

Marcia Cross
Julianne Moore
Christina Hendrick

His talent and expertise made him win many awards. The last in date: Best Hair Salon in Manchester 2013.

Furthermore his dedication led him to open his own salon, in the hub of Manchester. Here his focus is on the well being and satisfaction of his customers.

Indeed, before a haircut or a color treatment, every staff member always takes a few minutes in order to talk with the client about his wishes.

For David Rozman, the most important factors are: "getting a precision hair design right for each individual and creating an unmatched customer service level".

He has taken this ethos and based his Manchester salon concept on it. He has concentrated on making the entire visit to the salon, from walking in the doors to leaving, an 'experience'. He expects that his customers leave the salon with more than a typical haircut.

The team of David is full of attention. Moreover the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the salon in addition of the luxurious treatment will make you the feeling to be at home.
